1. Processing Time

AI-Generated Artwork: After you create your custom AI-generated artwork, you will receive a preview of the painting. Once approved, our team will begin the hand-painting process.

Hand-Painted Oil Paintings: Each custom oil painting is hand-painted by our skilled artists. This process typically takes 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the size and complexity of the painting.
Please note that the total processing time includes both the creation of your artwork and the hand-painting process.
2. Shipping Time
Once your oil painting is complete and ready to ship, the delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, shipments will arrive within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch for international orders. Domestic shipping times may vary, but most shipments will arrive within 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of the artwork, and the delivery method chosen. All shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the painting arrives damaged or defective.
4. Shipping Methods
We use trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your artwork. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Packaging
To ensure your painting arrives in perfect condition, we use high-quality, secure packaging. PAINT POET carefully wraps your artwork in protective materials to prevent damage during transit. If your painting is shipped unstretched, it will be rolled carefully in a tube for safe delivery.
6. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. The shipping times and costs for international orders will vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the painting or the shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing your order.
7. Delivery Issues
If your artwork has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact us at info@paintpoet.co. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue. Please note that PAINT POET is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or external factors beyond our control.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your oil painting arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
