Return and Refund Policy

At PAINT POET, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, custom-made artwork to our customers. Since all of our products are unique and personalized, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Custom Artwork and AI-Generated Paintings

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of AI-generated artwork and physical paintings are final. Once the digital artwork is created, and the physical painting is finalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your artwork. Please review your digital preview thoroughly before finalizing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.

2. Modifications and Customizations

  • Before Purchase: If you're not satisfied with the AI-generated artwork, you can request modifications before confirming the purchase of the physical painting. We offer a one-time free modification to the generated artwork, such as adjusting colors or adding special elements.

  • After Purchase: Once the physical painting has been finalized and shipped, modifications are not possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your physical oil painting arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement painting.

  • Proof of Damage: Please provide photographic evidence of any damage upon receipt of the item, as this will help expedite the process.

  • Returns for Damaged Artwork: If we agree that the artwork is damaged, we will arrange for a return shipment at our expense.

4. No Refunds on Custom Orders

Since all artwork is custom-made based on your request, no refunds will be issued for custom orders once the AI-generated artwork is created or the physical painting has been finalized.

This includes:

  • Digital AI-generated artwork that is used to create your physical oil painting.

  • Physical oil paintings that have been hand-painted based on your custom request.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • AI-generated artwork once the digital preview is confirmed.

  • Physical oil paintings that have been processed and shipped.

  • Custom requests for adjustments to the artwork once finalized.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the artwork is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. However, we will assist in tracking the shipment and resolving any issues with the carrier.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before the AI-generated artwork is finalized. Once the physical painting has been confirmed and the process has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
